Don't hesitate - MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Kristina was amazing, and truthful. Right off the bat I could tell she truly cares about her patients. Kristina explained the pros and cons of each treatment and we made the treatment plan TOGETHER (this very rare to see - typically facilities want to load you up with as many units as possible to make more money). VIVA is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Plus, you can schedule online which is A+.
